That’s where Ekaksha & Mo comes in.
How it all started
This idea sparked in a cozy Bangalore apartment, 300 km away from our mom, fondly called Mo. With an office ethnic day coming up, I needed the perfect saree and wished for mom’s impeccable taste. My sister chimed in with “Isn’t this what every girl misses—someone who knows what’s worth buying?” And just like that, Ekaksha & Mo was born.
Now, why the name Ekaksha & Mo? While it’s an amalgamation of the our names—Ekta and Akshatha—and our beloved mom, Prerana, it holds a deeper meaning. Ekaksha is another name for Shiva, representing clarity and vision—two qualities we believe define our brand and guide every saree selection.
