Return and Refund Policy

We truly hope you love every saree you receive from us—but if something’s not right, we’re here to make it better.


🛠️ If It’s Our Mistake (Damage or Wrong Product)

We’ll take full responsibility if:

  • Your product arrives damaged, or

  • You receive a completely different item

What to do:

  • Email us at support@ekakshamo.in within 48 hours

  • Attach your order number + an unboxing video as proof

  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a free return pickup and offer you a replacement (if in stock) or a full refund.


💬 If You Change Your Mind

We get it—sometimes a piece may not feel like you. In such cases:

  • Let us know within 48 hours

  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact

  • You’re welcome to send it back to us through a courier of your choice (we’ll share the return address via E-mail)

  • After receiving and inspecting the piece, we’ll offer you an exchange (if stock is available) or a store credit for future use. Refund may be considered from a case-to-case basis.


🚫 Please Note

  • We don’t accept returns for worn, altered, or damaged-after-delivery items

  • Slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences aren't considered defects

  • Refunds are only available for verified damage or incorrect items from our side
