Legend says the deep ocean bed of Tulu Nadu is an endless royal treasury. Centuries ago, when Barkur was the wealthy capital of the Alupa Kingdom, fierce storms sank merchant fleets loaded with gold and coins stamped with the twin-fish emblem (Meena Lanchana), turning the Sagara into a hidden empire of abundance.

 

Our Sagara Collection represents this majestic sense of infinite heritage. Adorned with delicate, traditional motifs woven meticulously across every square inch of the Udupi magga cotton body, it mimics the endless treasures nestled side-by-side at the bottom of the deep sea.
